Manage your profile
Update your 4ACE profile details, profile photo, security actions, and team memberships.
Use the Account center to manage the identity and access details tied to your 4ACE account. These details help teams identify who created simulations, changed setup data, or joined team workflows.
Before you start
- Sign in to 4ACE.
- Open the user menu in the lower sidebar, then select Account.
- Profile photos accept PNG, JPEG, and GIF files up to 1024 KB.
- Leaving a team removes your access to that team's resources. You need a new invite to rejoin.
- Deleting your account is permanent and signs you out.
Update your name
- Open Account from the user menu.
- In the profile summary, select Edit details.
- Update First name and Last name.
- Use 2 to 50 characters for each name.
- Select Save changes.
When the save succeeds, 4ACE shows Profile saved. and updates the account details shown in the page.
Change your profile photo
- Open Account.
- Use the profile photo action on your avatar.
- Choose a PNG, JPEG, or GIF image under 1024 KB.
- Wait for the upload to finish.
When the upload succeeds, 4ACE shows Profile photo updated. and updates the avatar shown in 4ACE.
To remove the image, use the delete action on the editable avatar. When removal succeeds, 4ACE shows Profile photo removed.
Review account summary
The summary panel shows:

Manage security actions
Open the Security tab in the Account center.

| Log out | Ends the current session and returns you to sign-in. |
| Send reset link | Sends a password reset link to your account email. Your current session stays active. |
| Delete account | Permanently deletes the account and associated data, clears the session, and returns you to sign-in. |
Manage team memberships
- Open Account.
- In the Teams row, select Manage.
- Review each team name, slug, and role badge.
- Use Leave if you need to leave a team.
- Confirm the warning before leaving.
After leaving, the team no longer appears in your memberships and you lose access to its team resources.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| Could not load profile | Select Retry. If it still fails, sign in again. |
| No profile found | Retry, then sign in again if account details remain unavailable. |
| Profile image upload fails | Check file type and size. Use PNG, JPEG, or GIF under 1024 KB. |
| Team memberships do not load | Select Retry in the memberships panel. |
| Name save fails | Check that first and last name are both present and 2 to 50 characters. |
