Account & Team
Manage your 4ACE identity, preferences, team access, members, billing, and shared credits.
Use this section when you need to manage personal account details, team access, member roles, billing records, or shared simulation credits.
Most SIM work is team-scoped. Select the correct team before changing simulation defaults, reviewing members, or checking credits.
Before you start
- Sign in to 4ACE.
- Select the correct team from the team switcher.
- Use the user menu for account settings.
- Use the Team item in the sidebar for team overview, members, billing, and settings.
Account
- Manage your profile - update your name, profile photo, session actions, and memberships.
- Configure user preferences - set appearance, simulation defaults, notifications, and analysis defaults.
Team
- Manage team members - invite users, review pending invites, manage roles, and remove access.
- About team settings - current state of team settings and team overview controls.
- Manage team credits - review payments, credit changes, available balance, and simulation credit use.
- Subscription plans availability - current status of subscription plan support.
