Manage team members
Invite users, review pending invites, manage roles, and remove access from a 4ACE team.
Use Team Members to control who can access a team's vehicles, simulations, analysis, billing, and setup data. Review membership before a test, race weekend, or shared simulation project.
Before you start
- Select the correct team from the team switcher.
- Open Team in the sidebar, then select Members.
- You need member-management access to open the Pending tab.
- You need invite access to send or resend invites.
- Admin role changes are restricted to the team creator.
Roles
| Role | What it allows in 4ACE |

| Member | Basic team access. Members can read team resources and manage their own user account. |
| Admin | Member access plus module create, update, delete, duplicate, team invites, member management, team settings, and billing view. Team delete and admin management are creator-restricted. |
Review members
The Members tab shows current users on the selected team.

Invite a member
- Open Team in the sidebar.
- Select Members.
- Select Invite.
- Enter a valid email address.
- Keep Member selected, or add Admin if the user should manage team resources.
- Select Send invite.
When the invite succeeds, the dialog closes and the pending-invite list updates.
Review pending invites
- Open Team > Members.
- Select Pending.
- Review invite email and role.
- Use Resend invite when a user has not received the email.
Resending has a 60-second cooldown after the last sent time. During cooldown, 4ACE shows the remaining seconds.
Change member permissions
- Open Team > Members.
- Open the member action menu.
- Select Permissions.
- Turn Admin on or off when the control is available.
The Member role is baseline team access. The Admin switch appears only when your access allows the change and the target member is not the team creator.
Remove or leave a team
- To remove another user, open that member's action menu and select Remove User.
- To leave the team yourself, open your action menu and select Leave Team.
- Confirm the warning before continuing.
After removal or leaving, that user loses access to all team resources and needs a new invite to rejoin.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to check |

| Pending tab is disabled | Your role does not have member-management access. Ask a team admin or creator. |
| Invite button is missing | Your role does not have invite access. |
| Resend invite is disabled | Wait for the 60-second cooldown to finish. |
| Admin switch is hidden | You may not have creator-restricted admin-management access, or the target member is the team creator. |
| Remove action is hidden | Your role cannot remove that member, or the action would target the team creator. |
